This event is held at the Richland, County Fairgrounds in Mansfield. OH. With that being said once you complete & pay this registration fee, we will then submit your registration to the fairgrounds for approval as they have the right of refusal based on the food your stand supplies. If for some reason your registration is denied your registration fee will be REFUNDED IN FULL!
